Exclusive U 2024 Rules/T&Cs
- Entry
- 1.1. Entry period is open from 21st September 2023
- 1.2. Entry requirements:
- 1.2.1. The Entrant is the Partner business (Partner)
- 1.2.2. The Entrant must be a Fortinet partner at a level of “Advocate” or higher during the incentive period
- 1.2.3. The Entrant must complete an Exclusive U Business Activity Plan (BAP) on the template provided at registration to be eligible for the incentive
- Partner Incentive format
- 2.1. The Partner Incentive is split into three phases, each with a different focus area for each phase
- 2.2. Incentives will be announced at the start of each phase for activity occurring in the date range of that phase
- 2.3. The points scored by Entrants in each Phase will count towards the Phase that is active when the Points are allocated and the Overall Incentive reward calculations
- How to score points
- 3.1. The points available for each phase will be published prior to the commencement of the phase
- 3.2. Points can be earned by Entrants by completing actions outlined across the following areas:
- 3.2.1. Activity, covering marketing activity and product demonstrations
- 3.2.2. Training, covering attainment of NSE certifications
- 3.2.3. Sales, covering deal registration and sold revenue
- 3.3. Entrants are responsible for providing evidence that they have completed activity and training actions and entering this into the form on the Exclusive U Landing page
- 3.3.1. Where this evidence is not provided within a particular phase of the program, the activity will not count towards that phase or the overall program

- Incentive Rewards
- 4.1. Incentive rewards accrue to the Entrant, who for the avoidance of doubt is the Partner business that meets criteria in clause 1.2.
- 4.2. It is at the discretion of the Entrant’s management how incentive rewards that they have accrued are distributed
- 4.3. Incentive rewards are not transferable without the prior approval of Exclusive Networks
- 4.4. Incentive rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
- 4.5. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that all incentive rewards that they accrue are distributed in accordance to any relevant legislation, compliance, or taxation requirements that they face
- 4.6. Incentive rewards that apply to phases will be awarded to the top 5 Entrants in Australia and New Zealand-Pacific, providing they meet any minimum eligibility criteria for the phase
- 4.7. The overall incentive reward will be awarded based on total points accrued during the whole incentive. Entrants will be required to achieve a set level of points to be eligible for the overall incentive reward
